Recently relocated from Wales, Anna is someone who thrives in the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, exploring new trails, or just soaking up nature. You’ll also find her a regular at the gym and love’s staying active. Anna has a strong interest in sporting injuries, in particular Ankles, Knee’s and Shoulders and is currently working with the Eden Men’s Rugby Premier Development Team, supporting players in their recovery and performance.

These qualifications were gained at the Auckland campus of the New Zealand College of Massage and are all NZQA approved. Gwen is also a member of Massage New Zealand, New Zealand’s Massage Association.
